Delicious Colombian sancocho

Sancocho is a traditional soup or stew from the Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. Abuela Emilia offers a pre-packaged version of this classic dish, making it easier and more convenient to prepare at home.
- 1 Bag of Abuela Emilia Sancocho Mix
- 1 El Rey Ready-to-Use Sancocho Mix
- Meats: 250g beef brisket, 250g pork shoulder, and 4 chicken thighs
- Cilantro
Chop the meat of your choice (or all three) into small pieces.
Cook all ingredients from the list in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover for 40 minutes.
Once done, uncover the pot and let it sit for 15 minutes on low.
Serve Colombian sancocho with cilantro, rice, and avocado.
