With this recipe, you can whip up deliciously crispy chicharrón tacos in just a few minutes and with minimal ingredients. Feel free to add your favorite toppings and salsas to elevate their flavor.
Ingredients:
- White cabbage, to taste
- Cilantro, to taste
- ½ onion
- 12 oz of pressed chicharrón or try our delicious La visita Sancocho regular chicharrones
- Corn tortillas
- Lime, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the cabbage, cilantro, and onion.
- Cut the pressed chicharrón into cubes and fry it in a pan without oil. There's no need to add oil since the chicharrón will cook in its own fat.
- Once the chicharrón is golden brown, place it on preheated tortillas and top with cabbage, onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Serve and enjoy!
