How to Make Classic Crispy Breaded Beef Milanese

Quick and easy! We’ll show you how to prepare classic breaded beef milanese and make it crispy. All you need is flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs.  

Ingredients** 

Serves 4 

1. 4 Beef Milanese cutlets (You can find Milanese beef cuts at Rapidito Latin Market.)

2.  1/2 cup All-purpose flour 

3.  2 Eggs

4. 1 cup Breadcrumbs El Mexicano

5. 1 cup Oil 

6. Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:

  • PLACE the flour on a shallow plate and coat the seasoned beef cutlets with it.
  • DIP the cutlets in the beaten egg. Remove and coat them with the breadcrumbs.
  • PRESS down gently so the breadcrumbs stick. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • HEAT the oil at high temperature. Fry the cutlets on both sides for 2 minutes.
  • PLACE on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • SERVE the milanese and pair with a cactus salad.
