Longaniza Tacos

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Ancestral longaniza sausages, cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Lime juice to taste
- 8 corn tortillas Taquito Maizteca
- And any of our delicious salsas to taste
PREPARATION
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the longaniza and oil, and cook until fried and crispy.
- Add the tomato and continue cooking for 1 more minute, then remove from the heat and place in a bowl.
- Add the raw onion and chopped cilantro, then season with salt, lime juice, and Picamás sauce to taste.
- In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat the corn tortillas, two at a time, until they are soft and flexible.
To assemble the Tacos:
On 4 plates, place 2 overlapping tortillas on each one and distribute the filling over the tortillas. Fold them and serve with more salsa.
