Prepare the Sausage:
- Cut the Colombian sausage into small, bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil and add the sausage.
- When the sausage is almost done, season it with Goya Adobo Sazonador (or your choice of salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Stir well to coat the sausage in the seasoning.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Tortillas:
- Warm the Tortilla Maizteca on a hot pan or comal (traditional Mexican flat griddle) over medium heat.
- Heat each tortilla for about 30–60 seconds per side until it softens and gets some light browning.
Assemble the Tacos:
- Take a warm tortilla and place a spoonful of the sautéed sausage in the center.
- Top with a handful of Oaxaca cheese, letting it slightly melt over the hot sausage.
- Add a small spoonful of chopped La Morena Sliced Jalapeño Peppers
for a spicy kick. - Drizzle a generous amount of LV Crema Mexicana on top to add a rich, creamy texture.
