Mix to prepare a Michelada
Ingredients:
2 oz Mott's Clamato
4-5 dashes Maggi seasoning
1 tsp Tajín seasoning powder (for rim and inside)
3 dashes Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of salt
1 bottle of beer of your preference
Juice of 1 lime
Ice
Instructions:
Rim the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a large glass and dip it into tajín seasoning powder or salt to coat the edge.
Mix the Ingredients: In the glass, combine the lime juice, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
Add Juice: Fill the glass with Mott's Clamato Juice and add some ice cubes to keep the drink cold.
Pour the Beer: Slowly pour the beer into the glass over the ice and seasoning mixture.
Top with Tajín: Sprinkle a little extra Tajín on top for an extra kick and mix everything together.
Garnish and Enjoy your Michelada.
