Quesadilla with Oaxaca Cheese

Ingredients:
Tortilla la Mixteca | Queso Oaxaca | Guacamole | Salsa Taquera
- 6 Corn Tortillas La Mixteca
- Oaxaca Cheese sliced into 1-inch pieces
- Guacamole or taqueria salsa for dipping with the quesadillas (Optional)
How to make it:
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the tortillas (La Mixteca) in the skillet.
3. Add the Oaxaca cheese slices in the center of the tortillas.
4. Once the tortillas are warm, fold them in half. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly golden brown.
Tip: Cut them into triangles before serving. Serve with guacamole or taqueria salsa for dipping.
